All MORES orders are delivered through trusted logistics partners. Deliveries are made to your doorstep or building entrance (curb side), depending on the location and accessibility.
Unpacking, installation, and placement services are not included by default, but can be arranged separately upon request.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, product size, and order volume. Final shipping costs will be communicated during order confirmation.
What are the delivery timelines?
Each MORES piece is made and handled with care. Estimated delivery timelines vary depending on the product and delivery location, and will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
While we aim to meet all timelines, delays caused by logistics or service availability in certain areas may occasionally occur.
What should I check upon delivery?
We recommend inspecting your order at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging appears damaged, please note it with the delivery personnel and take photographs before accepting the shipment.

Do you offer installation or placement assistance?
Our standard delivery service does not include installation, assembly, or placement within your space. However, assistance can be arranged at an additional cost depending on the product and location.
Can I change my delivery details after placing an order?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout. If you need to update delivery details after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate the request.
