Are custom or made-to-order items returnable?
Custom, made-to-order, and personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Can items be returned due to sizing or fit issues?
Items cannot be returned based on sizing or fit within a space. Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions and ensuring access through doorways, staircases, and elevators prior to placing an order.
Are sale items or gift cards refundable?
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer standard exchanges on furniture or made-to-order pieces. In cases of verified defects, our team will guide you through an appropriate resolution, which may include repair or replacement where applicable.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are not issued for change of mind. Where applicable, claims are reviewed upon submission and approved resolutions may include repair, replacement, or other suitable arrangements.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders for custom or made-to-order items may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
